You can cancel your order easily by logging in to your account used to place the order through our website or Jawwy 2.0 app.
The steps from the website 🌐:
1- Go to Jawwy website https://www.jawwy.sa/content/jawwy/ar/home.html then click on “MY Jawwy”
2- On the right of the page you will find “MY Order” Click SEE ALL.
3- You can see all your orders then select the order you want to cancel.
4- you will find the order cancelation option at the bottom of the page.
The steps from Jawwy 2.0 📱:
1- Login using mobile number that used to place the SIM order
2- Click on “More” then “My Orders”
3- You can see all your orders then select the order you want to cancel.
4- you will find the order cancelation option at the bottom of the page.
