I placed an order for a new sim online. I rcvd text msg saying order is being processed. One representative called me and said he wont be able to deliver the sim and i should visit the store. I visited the store and they said they cannot provide the sim number that i hav ordered and i need to take random one. Well then why is there an option online to order the sim? I selected a number and placed an order and they are saying i wont get it !! Thatz not fair.. !!
