We are sorry for that but do not worry, You can order a SIM replacement for your lost SIM online, kindly follow the steps below :
1. Go to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/support
2. Click on "Get a replacement SIM” found in the middle of the page.
3. It will direct you to the eShop page for the SIM replacement, click “Add to cart”.
4. Open your shopping cart and click “Checkout”.
5. Under “Your number”, there is a dropdown list which includes all the numbers you have in your account, choose the number for which you want to get a replacement.
6. Then fill in your shipping address and contact number, and choose your preferred delivery option.
7.Finally, confirm your order by choosing a suitable payment option.
And note that the owner of the SIM has to receive the SIM so he can successfully authenticate it using absher account.
