Jawwy Reauthentication unsuccessful

Dear Jawwy

 

My sim service disconnected since friday. In SMS there was link for fingerprint link with absher. Using Nafath I successfully authorize but when I come back to Jawwy page it says reauthentication unsuccessful and to contact support.

I contact support on facebook, twitter, direct chat and even whatsapp. On whatsapp someone responded once and asked for last four digits of my ID, but after that no response.

Please help me reactivate my number

Im facing same issue. And i also tried facebook twitter live chat. Nobody is listening. I dont know what to do now

Same happening for me also, jawwy disconnected from friday and asking to requthenticate but its not succesful. no response from customer service. please help
