Regarding your inquiry, we have checked the system, and we fond that you didn't renew your base plan on the right time, to get friends offer you have to have a base plane on 30 and 31 of the month.
and to get pioneer offer which is (1GB) monthly, you have to have a base plan on 23 and 24 of the month.
