I did recharge but still no internet services provided

i have recharged of 30sr for monthly package of 1gb internet + 100 free calls

there is deduction of balance but still i am not able to use internet as my job is on internet only

since 2 days i m trying to contact customer care but i have no number only suggested to write on u.

i really disapointed with ur services
