hello good day i was trying to activate my e sim i buy from jawwy since oct-02-2024 but once i tried to scan the code its saying "unable to continue cellular configuration" although i have an stable connection. What seem to be the problem? the barcode or my sim is not yet activated?
I already contacted support and i keep getting the same questions but no clear answer. Its been 6 days now since i pay for that plan. If you dont have a time to resolve one issue just give people refund imagine waiting for a customer service agent that ask you same question but not getting a single answer?
