I can't log in in the app

From the first time i downloaded the app it told (buy sim or already have sim,log in) then i pressed log in it transformed me to another page that says welcome to jawwy and an OK button, once i tap the button it closes the app intirely. I tried anothrr time from an iphone it says your number is invalid.
Please help.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience, What is your device model? and can you please try to delete Jawwy app and try to download the app from SIM data hopefully it will work.  If there’s anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to ask.

It happened to me. Try the following :
- make sure that Jawwy sim is in your phone.
- make sure that you are connected to the Internet through your Jawwy Internet mobile network (not wifi).
- try opening the app.

We really apologize for the inconvenience, I can see in the system that you don't have any Jawwy SIM nuder your account and to use Jawwy app you need Jawwy SIM in your device.

 

If you have Jawwy SIM kindly make sure you switch off your WiFi & use your mobile data, and try to delete the app and download it again.
