How transferring paygo to main balance

Dear sir I recharged successfully my account by sawa voucher but balance show in paygo credit not main balance how can I transfer amount paygo to main balance please help me

Unfortunately, if you bought the paygo credit you can't transfer it to the balance.

Same issue.
Paygo must be treated as a source funds if someone mistakingly or even want to add money to the wallet, it must be an option such as by having an associated voucher number to your Paygo amount.

Number of people viewed the comment beyond 1000, so its a valid enhancement especially that you are increasing your customer base.

This is a total mess. As if someone recharges in paygo by mistake it wouldn't be used for the general buying of combos.
The labour's and supervisor in my company is facing a lot of problem due the same.
The Jawwy team is expecting its user to be perfect.

Kindly give back the old option to transfer paygo money to wallet.
