Hi I placed an order for sim port from Mobily to jawwy today. And my collection option was pick-up from STC store. I had visited STC store but they were unable to port my number from existing service provider due to JAWWY's server down . Customer Service Executive at STC store had advised me to change the option to get your SIM by delivery. Now i have to change update my order. please advise.
