Free 1GB was not added in the 2nd month ... can you help?

i had activated my SIM 2m ago .. 1GB was added in the 1st month but despite renewing the plan the 1GB is not there.

As I can see in the system you have renewed your core plan after the 15 GB cycle started and that's why you did not get the friends offer for this month.

Please renew your core plan every month before the 15GB cycle start on day 11, 12, and 13 to get the friends' offer. and I am happy to inform you that the friend offer will be added to your account on day 11,12, and 13 next month.
