Existing Credit on buying new sim with Same Number

Hi,

If I order a new sim from Jawwy and choose to keep the number of that sim same as that of I'm using at the moment, What will be the fate of balance which I already have in this sim?? Will it be transferred to new sim automatically? or it will expire?? Please advise soon.. Im currently using STC sim

Thanks for choosing Jawwy from STC community.

You can transfer your current number as simple as that, by raising an order for transferring from the portal during  purchasing process by choosing "Keep my existing number".

It will take up to 4 working days from the moment of receiving the SIM and documenting you fingerprint. 

Note that nothing of your balance or plans will move to Jawwy SIM.
