I have purchased a package of 150 riyal excluding vat on 18th September , in that pack there was unlimited social media, and I think approx 40 or 45 gb data. But I used only you tube and other social media apps, now my data is remaining only 7 gb how is that possible if social media is unlimited in that package I don't understand what type of unlimited package is this
I can understand if it is deducting 500 mb or 1 gb a day for other things also but this is too much too much
I need my data after this I will change my sim card because this is not a good thing
