Data deduction in unlimited package

I have purchased 115 SAR unlimited social media package on 05-May-2025 and while using You-tube the data have been deducted from my package so, kindly check and solve this issue and provide my data back. It's look like fraud to deduct data after having unlimited package.

this is very serious issue faced by every jawwy customer and could not able to get the data back. customer care service is very bad and no further action taken on the complains.

If jawwy could not able to solve the issue then refund the package amount so I can port my network to some other better service provider.
