Can I cancel my order?

I ordered a jawwy sim card 60sr cod delivery to my address but everytime they deliver it im not at home because of school and work times I even added a bot to send it 5pm to 9pm but when we call delivery always says that no more delivery because its past 5pm its been 3 days i cant get my sim yet we tried giving a new location on whatsapp but instead the delivery guys just hangs up on our call so we are thinking to CANCEL my order even though it says SHIPPED and juat buy a jawwy sim on a nearby outlet of jawy here in stc... Just help me cancel this order almost 5 days nothing delivered
