I have recharged 2 time last 7/05/2017 60sr and today 100 sr add thoru the my account top up my jaw sim online through my saddad account but have not received the amount in my account till yet, and there is no cilustomer care service where I can call and consult.

We are sorry for what you are facing. However, we checked your account and we can see that the last recharge was made at 04/26/17 11:58:43 am, hence no recharge this month.
If you did recharge through our app or website using Sadad online. Please contact us on private and provide us with the transaction number and the Success states from your bank account and we will escalate a case for you to our relevant team.
