My SIM is lost, stolen or damaged, what should I do next?

Please visit https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/support Tab "Ask Us" then click on the option "block your SIM here", fill in all relevant details and we will do the needful. You may also file a lost/stolen report on our website via live chat or Facebook or Twitter with one of our Customer Care Advisors.

You can get a replacement SIM/eSIM as following:

• Normal SIM: Either through our online Shop here or directly from any stc branch.
• eSIM: Only through our online Shop here (Not applicable from stc branches).
