lost my data balance

Hi 

i bought my jawwy sim on 11 october 2016 by using my friends invite(referral code). Upon using my friends referral code i got extra 5gb data which will be renewed every months till 3 months.

Plus 1 gb usual data which gets renewed every month for upto 12 months. Also i have invited my friend using my referral code on 29 october 2016  for which i got extra 5gb data which gets renewed every month till 3 months. So basically i must have 1GB+5GB+5GB data. But now i am unable to connect to internet. And When i checked the data usage on the jawwy app it is showing that the internet data is expired. 

Please resolve the issue and give me back my internet data. Its urgent.

As I can see on my system you didn't build your base plan, kindly build your base plan from minutes and data, so that the free 5GB renews with you.
