Terminating your Jawwy account means that you will remove any joined numbers in this account, therefore you will certainly lose all the voice and data subscriptions in this account. However; any available PayGo Credit will remain in your number and you will able to use it after joining this number to any other account.
As for the account main balance, it will remain valid for only one year from the date of terminating the account. If you wish to use it again, you will need to join any Jawwy number to that same account.
