Regarding your query, it's not available to transfer the balance from other services under STC to Jawwy from STC.

I have some balance in STC. I requested to change the same number to jawwy-sim-70. What would happen to this balance? Would it be transferred to new jawwy sim or it will lapse?

You need to finish the balance before activating the Jawwy SIM, otherwise you'll loose all the balance in the previous line.
