Unable to receive Call and sms in International roaming

I am currently in India and connected with Vodafone India network. 

I am unable to receive any call or sms 

Could anyone help me on to resolve this issue

I have been using Jawwy almost one month , Alhamdulillah everything was fine till last month
I tried to send international sms and call to India several times but my family never received any of the messages. Matter of regret is the costs for the messages were immediately charged and deducted from my paygo balance
Also my family members trying to call me but they couldn’t reach me.
What is the solution at this point?
