Please provide the justifications why my order is getting cancelled without any resolution.

As I mentioned earlier I want to port my number from Zain to Jawwy but unfortunately I was not expecting that the Jawwy service will be like this.
Without any reason they are just canceling my order. Three times I ordered and three times delivery person called me and I found he’s not coming in the specified location. I don’t know why.?
