Dear,
Recently, I have requested to transfer my current mobily number to Jawwy. The customer service from your department took all the relevent details and requested to wait for 72 hours in order to transfer my current mobily sim to Jawwy and they handed over to me new jawwy sim saying that once mobily will be deactivated insert jawwy sim. I am afraid it is not been activated and i am currently using the same network. Did your customer service department was interested in selling new sim or just provided me wrongful information. I would appriceated if you can resolve the issue else refund my amount with an apology for providing wrongful information.
