International call and sms

Assalamualaikum

I have been using Jawwy almost two years, Alhamdulillah everything was fine till last month
I tried to send international sms to Bangladesh several times but my family never received any of the messages. Matter of regret is the costs for the messages were immediately charged and deducted from my paygo balance
Also my family members trying to call me but they couldn’t reach me.
What is the solution at this point?
