You can order a SIM replacement for your SIM online, kindly follow the steps below :
1. Go to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/content/support and Login to
it using the same email account used to purchase the SIM in the first time.
2. Click on "Get a replacement SIM” found in the middle of the page.
3. It will direct you to the eShop page for the SIM replacement, click “Add to cart”.
4. Open your shopping cart and click “Checkout”.
5. Under “Your number”, there is a dropdown list which includes all the numbers you have in your account, choose the number for which you want to get a replacement.
6. Then fill in your shipping address and contact number, and choose your preferred delivery option.
7.Finally, confirm your order by choosing a suitable payment option. Any replacement SIM is for 28.75 SAR including the 15% VAT
And note that the owner of the SIM has to receive the SIM so he can successfully authenticate it using Nfath code
and sorry for that but multiple sim service is not available at Jawwy.
