How can i cancel a delivery and pick it from the closest location

Can anyone help me i order a sim card online and i choose to get it delivered to me but i want to cancel it and puck it up from the nears location.....

Hi @NawafM

When the delivery guy contacts you to deliver the SIM, you can refuse to claim the order so that it will be canceled automatically.
