You can order a SIM replacement for your lost SIM online, kindly follow the steps below :

3. It will direct you to the eShop page for the SIM replacement, click “Add to cart”.
4. Open your shopping cart and click “Checkout”.
5. Under “Your number”, there is a dropdown list which includes all the numbers you have in your account, choose the number for which you want to get a replacement.
6. Then fill in your shipping address and contact number, and choose your preferred delivery option.
7.Finally, confirm your order by choosing a suitable payment option.
And note that the owner of the SIM has to receive the SIM so he can successfully authenticate it
