Regrding your query, we have checked the system and we found that your SIM is not yet active.
To activate the SIM kindly follow the bellow steps:
1- Call 123 and tell us if you can hear Jawwy voice response.
2- Kindly turn on the data and turn off the WiFi, then try to search for anything on google to check if the data is working or not.
3- Last thing try to activate the SIM from the portal,
please follow the below steps it will help you:
1- Log in to Jawwy portal with your account. (Jawwy.sa)
2- Click here to go to activation page directly.
3- Fill the box with your jawwy number and the IMEI for your device. and you can find your IMEI by dialling *#06# .

We are sorry for what happened with you.
For activating your number I need to ask you few questions. Did you registered your SIM under your ID & fingerprint? And do you have more than 10 SIMs under your ID?
1. Did you receive welcome SMS?
2. Have you tried to activate the SIM from App and Portal?
3. Can you provide the error message you are getting?
4. Are you able to receive calls or use data SIM?
5. Can you see Jawwy sign and Network bars are full?
6. Have you tried the SIM in different device?
7. When you call 123 what is the message you get?
