Sim activation problem

Yesterday night i bought jawwy sim from riyadh airport at 12.30 am. Further more its been 15 hours since then the sim is still not active. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

Same my issue brother and I tried to contact to support but no one response they deliver my simcard on Saturday evening until now not activated yet.
