On October 24th 2024, I purchased a Sawa recharge card from Al Rajhi Bank. However, I have not yet received the credited balance of 115 SAR (including VAT). Despite visiting both STC and Al Rajhi Bank offices in person, the issue remains unresolved as both parties are blaming each other.
