It’s easily done in our app or via My Jawwy at jawwy.sa, all you need to do is…

  • Select from the list of voice and data options shown as available on the carousel by clicking on ‘Manage’ under My Plans
  • Confirm your selection and you’ll get the refund or charge depending on whether you are upgrading or downgrading. Your new plan will be shown immediately under My Plan.
  • You can customize your plan as many times as you want during the month.

Imagine you are on a 10GB plan and the month is almost ending, but you have only used 2GB so far. There is no way you can use the remaining data allowance within the next few days. What a waste!  What can you do? Go to the app and downgrade your data plan to 5GB and we will refund you the difference.
