Yes, go to My Plans in our app or under the My Jawwy section at http://www.jawwy.sa. Click on the Manage button and then adjust the data and minute options, confirm your selection and buy. The new combination will show under My Plans. You’ll get the difference refunded instantly if you downgrade. To upgrade plan to next available levels, the difference in charges will be taken from the balance.
