Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Discriminatory and Abusive Treatment at STC Hotat Sudair Branch
Dear STC Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the shocking and deeply offensive treatment I experienced at your Hotat Sudair branch. As a non-Saudi customer, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of discrimination, humiliation, and outright verbal abuse by one of your employees.
This individual’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also openly racist and dehumanizing. He treated me with extreme hostility, speaking to me as if I were beneath him simply because of my nationality. At one point, he even told me that if I needed service, I must lower my head and kneel before him. When I expressed that there is only one God and that such treatment was unjustified, he became even more aggressive and dismissive.
His actions reflect a dangerously prejudiced mindset that sees non-Saudis as inferior and unworthy of basic respect. Such attitudes are completely unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone in a company as prominent as STC. No customer should ever be treated with such arrogance, condescension, and outright racism.
I demand that this matter be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken against this employee. I expect a formal investigation and a response outlining the steps STC will take to ensure that such disgraceful behavior is not tolerated.
I trust that STC upholds ethical business standards and does not condone this kind of treatment towards any of its customers, regardless of nationality. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
