Hi all,
I have paid for tariff plane "100 SAR" 30GB+40GB social.
When I spent 15.9 gb of traffic, my app shows 0 GB.
I have paid new plan 150 SAR and asked support to explain where is my 14.1 GB.
I have met very strange support from Mustafa who cannot calculate 30GB-15.9. His result is 0 and he is talking that's my account is ok. I tried to explain him that's not good mathematics but it was impossible. He every time answer my account is ok and system doesn't show any problem. Jawwy app shows 15.9 gb but 0 gb left from 30 GB.
It was terrible! I have never seen before same smart support.
History of chat is disappeared but I did some screenshots.
How to find true???
