Now a days I contact Jawwy costomer service through fb messenger, They cheated Me, and until now didn't solve My problem. My request and experience I am sharing below

I need to reactivate my old number. It terminated when I went final exit. Now I come back with new visa and I have new Iqama. Then I contact with Jawwy . They said you just buy a new sim we will reactivate the old number in new sim ,
The number was originally from Jawwy. I follow your instructions and I Buy a new physical sim, I provide you the order number.
I just followed your instructions and buy the sim. That time I already ask you many times what I do
You just said you get IAM code. Then I follow your instructions. After finishing everything you said It will take 30 more days. Then I complained. That time you said tomorrow will get the number. Now your saying this new sim not connect with the old number. Why like this. Then what is the use of this new sim. When I ordered it I ask you there is showing another number. That time you said no problem. You buy after that we will reactivate your old number to new sim.
Still they asking what is the problem. Again your team said you buy another new physical sim then your old number will reactivate.
