Dear,

I am unable to open the Jawwy application on my mobile.

It gives that internet is not available. my Combo was finished on Thursday and currently i have 70 riyals in my account. 

Please help to subscribe to the 70 riyal combo as i am unable to open the application from my mobile (even though i am connected to the Wifi)

due to some techinical issues i format my mobile and re install all applications but only the problem is Jawwy app is not wokring the message is ( This service is experiencing issues. Please try again now or later) last three days i am trying to remove and reinstall this app but still the same issue.
