I received my STC sim card (Jawwy) on June 29, 2025 and to my surprise and without any notification , my account was frozen yesterday, no phone call no Internet, I called the help line for hours and never succeeded, yesterday was July 27 and before one month passed, I recharged the account but i'm not sure how to reativate it
