Hello, I am not able to recharge my number through jawwy app, even I have money on my wallet. If I try to recharge, it not going to the payment page it automatically comming to the same page. So please give me some solution to fixy issue

I have my Jawwy sim. And it stopped working in just 1 month. I have been to multiple stc offices and nobody helped me. They say it’s not possible. Please kindly help me get my sim activated because it’s linked with me bank accounts.
