Sim not woking

Hello

2days before i got sim i insert in my innjoo mobile also get messages same time internet working properly but i cannot send msgs or receive msg and also cannot make a call only invoming calls received in my mobile jawwy app not working cannot login

Also i change mobile i inserted in iphone6 but same problem there

Kindly advice me how to solve these issues??

Did you recieve the welcome SMS from Jawwy ?

Call 123 and check if their is Jawwy voice message ?

Whats the error message that appears when you try to log in through app ?

Yes i got messages from jawwy

i called many times and i heared voice welcome

in app errorshows cim not compiatble 

and when i login in websit i try to go my plan it ask me for my mob no and imei no both i putbut error show mobile number incorrect 

i tried in many mobiles but same problem same error shows in all mobile

kindly tell me how to solve all these problems???????????

Hello sir
The number you send me i put for my plan its shows same error that your number incorrect and i called this number and i get voice that the number not in use.
But i am getting calls in this number 0506695134 but problem out going call and sms not working also not login in app or in website if you can replace my sim with number its much better plzzzz

I have the same issue. My sim isn't logging into the app nor making any outgoing calls. The internet though is working fine.
