Sim lost activation

I purchase a sim online by a friend. But he wants to cancell the order. He tell me if i want the sim, so i take it. I used it for 3 dsys without a problem. When you open the apps two device are showing in the display. I hve mine the other to my friend. I remove one of the device no in it. Thingking that i can mke it personally. But when i open the apps. It doesnt work anymore. I cant call and used my data. Internet is not working. 

I ask support from your employee if possible to return back the no that i remove before from the orignal email. She succeed. I can open now my apps with detail data on it. But the problem is the sim is still not activated. Internet is not working and call outside is cut. Only incoming call is working.

For this reason can u pls help me regarding this problem or send me detail on how to setup my phone. My email is espcris1103@yahoo.com.
