Dear Jawwy,
I currently have 3 SIMs with your service. Recently, only one of my SIMs was migrated from Jawwy 1.0 to Jawwy 2.0. This is a group SIM, but the other two SIMs are still under Jawwy 1.0, which is causing issues. Furthermore, my second SIM has stopped working due to some damage. I tried to order a new SIM, but I keep encountering errors. I have called customer care multiple times, waiting for up to 45 minutes, but no one has responded.
I am a loyal Jawwy customer, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve lost time and money, and still haven’t received any solutions. This level of service is unacceptable. If this continues, I will escalate the matter and file a formal complaint with the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), with evidence of the issues I’ve faced. I sincerely hope Jawwy can improve its customer support and resolve these problems quickly
