Ordered SIM 25 days ago

I have ordered new SIM 25 days ago and it was supposed to arrive 13.05.2019.

It didnt came, then I contacted customer support many times (at least 10), first tell me wait 3 working days it will arrive. Of course nothing came. Then wait 1 day, wait 2 days and so on. Nobody never contacted me to explain whats going on. 

I am very surprised for this behavior honestly. If they are dealing like this with new customers, how they will deal with existing customers. Very disappointed.
