2 days back I purchased new SIM. I got the welcome message & OTP. When I try to sigin with login details with same account I used for SIM purchase, but I get error "Sorry, account is pending". I tried with my PC but I get sign in error (as under).
I taked to customer care, they said my account is not activated, but I can receive calls & browse internet. Please resolve.
