Hello,
I recently purchase ESIM and even after 24hrs I still did not receive the link for QR code. I would like to know the standard time it takes from ordering. One of my friend got it within 1hour.

Activating the eSIM is very simple following the below steps:
1-Make sure your eSIM compatible device is updated to the latest iOS.
2- Ensure you are connected to the internet through mobile data or Wifi.
3- Go to “Settings”, tap “Cellular”, after that tap “Add Cellular Plan”.
4- Scan the QR code of your eSIM which you have downloaded.
5- Label your eSIM as a primary or secondary line as your preference, and confirm by tapping “Add Cellular Plan.

To get the QR, if it's not a new number from Jawwy:
Changing your plan will be as soon as possible for SAWA numbers, and for stc postpaid numbers, it takes up to 2 working days from the successful authentication (From Sunday to Thursday).
For Zain, Mobily, Lebara, Yaqoot, and Virgin numbers, after receiving your SIM with successful authentication, your request will start processing and it takes up to 45 minutes (All days except from 1 AM to 5 AM daily).
Note: If you opt for an eSIM, steps may vary a little as you will need to proceed the payment and do the SIM authentication using the IAM code in order to receive the QR code to activate it.
