To activate your SIM through the app secsessfully please follow the next steps:

1. If you have dual SIM slot in your device, make sure that you remove anyother SIM but Jawwy.
2. Put Jawwy SIM in the main slot.
3.  Make sure you turn on data on Jawwy SIM.
4.  You’ll get a link to download our app. You can also directly download our app from the App Store or the Play Store for your iOS or Android device.  
5. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app, launch it to login and start using your line.
