Call not connect to toll free numbers

I try to call NCB phone banking number but Jawwy-STC is not connecting

if its 9200xxxxx numbers then you need to have pay-go credits but if its 800 number then only would it be a free call.

But making calls to special and premium numbers that begin with 9200/700/19 will be deducted from your PayGo balance

Recharging your PAYGO credit is very simple with Jawwy, let's follow the below steps together: 

• Launch Jawwy App and click on "Shop". 
• Click on the "PAYGO" tab.
• Pick the suitable option for you starting from 5 SAR up to 100 SAR. 
• Select the number you want to add the balance to it, then click "Buy".
• Select your prefered payment option and click "Confirm Order".
