today i am writing this post after waitimg for 9 days of there frustrating and isgusting support ,which is full of lies ,
my issue start on 23 may for the proof see the attached PIC 
and today is 02/06/2019 and still the issue not closed ,let me teel the story of there lies .
after i sarted chatting with their support on 23 may ,they told me to replace the sim after 2 days ,i replace the sim on smae time in hayat mall.then they disable my previous sim after so many hours with out telling why my news sim is not working.
after disabling my prevoius sim and activiating my new sim ,new problem starts ,now i can recive the calls but can not make calls, and still on the prsent day and time i can not make calls,
and you know what theire suport is telling the same thing from one week that there so called relevatnt team will call me to solve my issue ,and belive me i didnt recive a single call.
And u know what becaise of then the frustration ,emabrassment i face in front of my comnapny peolpe i can not tell you ,beucaue i was requesting peolple to installl imo so i can communicate with them ,bcecause my job is mostly going to sites and perform acyvities which required a lot of communication .
and 2 days before even there internet is not working .
and the end i will say ,THE STUPID,DISGUSTING,AND FULL LIES SUPPORT THEY HAVE .
