my jawwy sim card lost how to  buy sim card ,,  but accout opening time  i use in guest account how to buy same number  i forgot guest account and  password also

You can get a replacement SIM/eSIM as follows:

• Physical SIM: Either through our online shop click HERE (Applicable from branches), or pick the eSIM icon from the same link for the eSIM replacement (Not applicable from branches).

• You must order it from the same email you ordered your original sim, and the owner of the same number must receive it in order to authenticate it.

Moreover, the replacement SIM/eSIM costs 28.75 SAR including VAT, and you will need to authenticate the new replacement SIM in your same National ID/Iqama when receiving it.


And regarding your account/password, you can easily contact our Customer Care team anytime throughout the week through our Social Media networks on Facebook and Twitter or by using Chat Support on the Jawwy app.

i use 0530683425 this number total 8 year. but before 2 month i go exit country. this time i come back new visa. and i make new iqama. but i want to my old number reconnected.
