renew jawwy 70 riyal offer

sir I have bought a Jawwy simon 23.06.2019 with plan 70 riyal offer ( 10GB, with 500 minutes voice call to any network).
now one month (first month) finished. I want to renew the same plan.  How can I do it..

You need to recharge your account then you can find combo 70 in add-ons section at Jawwy app\website.

My jawwy app is not accessible. Error message "network timeout, try again" "you device currently has no data connection"

I tried again 20 times, but same error.

I tried the website. I go to my account but showing nothing.
