may i follow up my refund please. order number 200234133974357. i ordered it last december 17, 2021 and u cancelled it. its been one month and there is no refund. i contacted thru facebook already but the agent keep telling me to wait for 15 working days for the refund, but 15 working days is finish already. can someone help me?

Also me the same thing problem with. Dont expect a refund my friend.. because it just proves that jawwy company is a scammer and brutally giving false advertisements.. i will find a way to report this kind of service in KSA.. WE WILL GET JUSTICE FOR THIS.
